Replacement Breakaway Switch, Cable and Pin For Tap By Hoppy Switch
Question:
Hi, the plastic loop in my pin broke in my breakaway switch when I attempted to pull it out by the cable to test the brakes. The cover plate on the switch says Tap by Hoppyinch with two blue wires exiting out the side. It is held in place by one screw through a metal plate on the side. Do you sell just the cable/pin for this breakaway switch. If so, name and part# please. Thank you!

I'm going to have to recommend replacing the entire breakaway switch as I cannot locate any replacement parts for your Tap by Hoppy switch.
I recommend the Tekonsha Trailer Breakaway Switch # 420000 for a replacement. The wiring is long enough to run to the factory connectors so you do not have to worry about splicing wires where they are going to be exposed to the elements. It also connects with a single screw and uses a 49" long cable and pin.
