Will the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter for Tow Bars - 2inch Hitches - 2-1/4inch Rise/ with a draw bar and ball be able to tow a car dolly loaded with a small Honda Fit.

Yes, the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter for Tow Bars part # RM-077-2 can be used with a tow dolly as long as the tongue weight of said dolly with vehicle loaded is under the 400 lb capacity of the adapter. If you're unsure of the tongue weight you can reach out to the tow dolly manufacturer but most will be well within this range as the tongue weight on a tow dolly is very little.

Please note, the weight of any other accessory you have in the other receiver tube will need to be factored into the 400 lb rating.
