Is There Drilling Required to Install Curt Hitch on 2022 Kia Sportage AWD SX Turbo

Question:

I have a 2022 Kia Sportage sx turbo AWD. I see the hitch on the website just want to check a couple things. I just want a hitch for a bike rack for a couple bikes or a luggage platform no towing. Does this just bolt on with no drilling required? And just want to double check will it fit all wheel drive Sportage? Thanks and can you add the model number to your reply.

We confirmed with Curt that their hitch # C13281 that you referenced fits all models of the 2022 Kia Sportage including your SX Turbo AWD model.

There is no drilling to install this hitch and you may need to trim the rear fascia slightly before you reinstall it. I attached an install video for this on a similar Sportage for you to check out as well. This would work great with a bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider # HR200Z.
