Dual Hitch Adapter Close to Level for Flat Towing with Bike Rack Over 6k Capacity

looking for hitch adapter straight out with 6000# tow rating to match tow bar so i can put bike rack above

The straight dual hitch adapters do not have the capacity you need but since 3 inches up and down is acceptable for tow bars to be level you could use one of the ones with 2 inch drop like the # RM-077-2 and still be level enough if perfectly level was where you were at.
The # RM-077-2 has a 10k capacity.
