It sounds like you're looking for replacement tires that are 4.80-8 size and for that you can use the Kenda Loadstar K371 Bias Trailer Tire - 4.80/4.00-8 - Load Range B # AM10002. These are the same size as your existing 4.80-8 tires and can be used on a log splitter.
