We do indeed have hub/drum with a 6 on 5.5 bolt pattern for you 10" x 2.25" brakes. The etrailer.com Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K will use the inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649, which is a good idea to verify, but should be a direct replacement for your axle.
