The modern equivalent for a 20.5x9x10 is tire size 205/65-10 like on # AM3H430 that you have referenced. This tire comes already mounted on a wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.
If you are just looking for the tire then the same tire without the wheel is # AM1HP54. Current pricing is available on the product pages. For availability, the best thing to do is contact customer service at 800-298-8924 and they can tell you stock level in real time.
