What Do I Need to Fit My Yakima Kayak Carrier on My 2021 Subaru Outback with Raised Rails?

I have a 2021 Subaru Outback with factory Integrated raised rails. What do I need to use my round rails for which I have Yakima kayak racks already?

In order to use your Yakima kayak carrier on your 2021 Subaru Outback Wagon with raised factory rails, you will need a crossbar system. I recommend the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - 58" # MPG216.
