I have an answer for you. Unfortunately, the Westin HDX Nerf Bars # 56-14025 are only designed and confirmed to fit crew cab models of the 2019-2022 Nissan Titan and Nissan Titan HD models. The HDX nerf bars have vehicle specific applications and include vehicle specific mount kit, installation hardware, and instructions. With that being said, Westin does not produce installation hardware for the # 56-14025 to mount on 2004 Ford F-350 suber cab models.

However, for the exact same model of nerf bars that will fit your 2005 Ford F-350 super cab, I recommend the Westin HDX Nerf Bars # 56-11315. These bars come with a specific mount kit, installation hardware, and instructions that were customized specifically for your 2005 Ford F-350 super cab model.
