For a good quality rack for your e-Bikes that won't leave you in the poorhouse, I'd recommend the Swagman Current, part # S64678.
The rack can handle two bikes weighing up to 60 lbs each with tires up to 5 inches wide, so this would work perfectly for your needs. The rack fits both Class II 1-1/4 and Class III hitches, and includes an anti-rattle hitch lock and the ratcheting hooks that hold the bikes in place is lockable to help deter theft.
If either bike has a step-thru frame, you'll need a frame adapter bar like # 64005 which spans the distance between the seat post and the handlebar gooseneck to provide a spot for the ratcheting hook to attach. The frame adapters are really easy to use, I'll link to a video that will explain exactly how they work.
I'll also link to a demonstration video for the Swagman Current bike rack.
