In order to install this on a C/K Series 1500 you'd simply need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller part # ETBC7. It will require an existing 4-way like the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118315.
