Troubleshooting a Tekonsha Voyager with No Lights On when Not Connected to Tow Vehicle
Question:
without a trailer connected and when i hit the brake pedal should i still get some sort of light or not ? without a trailer being connected i get no lights when thepedal is depressed

The green light on the front of the Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller # 39510 only comes on when a trailer is connected to the tow vehicle. I would recommend connecting your 2003 Ford Super Duty to a trailer and testing again.
If there is still no lights on the controller you most likely have a problem with the power and/or ground circuit or there could be corrosion on your trailer connector.
