Does the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Tilting - Folding - 500 lbs e98874 have a light to illuminate the license plate? Since this is a requirement in some states, Im astounded how many of these cargo trays that already include a lighting connector dont have a license plate option with it. Its like stopping $30 short of a complete product. If one is not built in, how can I find and connect something after-market?
