We do have Curt 5th wheel base rails with an installation kit that fits your 2021 Ford F-150, though I checked with Curt, and the base rails you asked about aren't a fit for the '21 F-150. Instead, I verified that the correct fit is the following:
- Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford # C93WR
These will fit your truck and allow you to easily mount and use a 5th wheel hitch such as the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider # C16521 if you have a short bed or the fixed Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16120 if your F-150 is a long bed.
Along with the base rails and hitch, the only other thing you may need is a 5th wheel wiring harness, with the correct fit being the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector for Aluminum Beds # C57008.
