Troubleshooting Brake Controller Install that Doesn't Power On
Question:
My light will not come on my Tekonsha Voyager brake control I have checked the fuse I have even replaced the brake control.

You've basically ruled out everything except for the wiring that runs to the brake controller. You need to verify that 12 volts is running to the black wire of the controller and that the white wire is grounded for your Voyager brake controller # 39510 to function.
If you had a late 2000's GM truck there are some connections under the hood that need to be made for it to be function as well which I attached a help article that covers.
