The Multi-Tow 7-Way & 4 Pole Trailer Connector # 74682 that you referenced is designed as a replacement for a 2006 Ford E-150 with a tow package that has the OEM harness. You might look under the rear end of your vehicle to see if you can find the round socket. If you do not have a factory 7-way already you should not find one unfortunately.
If you have no trailer wiring connectors at the rear of your vehicle I would recommend you start with a Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56020, and then convert that to a 7-way with a Universal Installation Kit forTrailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. I attached an installation video for this product on a similar Ford Van as yours.
If you are looking for a brake controller as well check out the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Brake Controller # 90885. This is our best selling controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to install. Check out the installation instructions and review I attached for this product.
