You will have a few options for the installation kit on your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD LTX. Your choice may be determined by the 5th wheel hitch if you already have one.
First is the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series # RP30868 rated for up to 25,000lbs. These brackets attach to the frame through existing holes and have a lifetime warranty. This kit will require you to use a 5th wheel hitch like the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30921. You will not have traditional rails in your bed, but instead will have mounting points like the factory puck system(These holes use Ford dimensions for an in bed hitch). This will give you the cleanest bed if you have to slide things in and out of the bed. This kit will not work if your frame rails are 34" across.
Second the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit # RP56001-53. These brackets also attach to the frame though existing holes and carry a lifetime warranty. You can use 5th wheel hitches that attach to industry standard rails.
Next the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit # RP50066-58 is very similar to the previous kit. The difference is it only has a 5-year warranty versus the lifetime warranty.
Lastly the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP30035. These rails use universal brackets that will require you to drill installation holes in the frame for mounting. The rails will have a 10-year warranty and also can be used with 5th wheel hitches that use the industry standard rails.
