Prodigy P2 Brake Controller Lights Are Staying On
Question:
Hi, We have a Prodigy brake controller installed in our Toyota Landcruiser and connected to our caravan. When we unplug everything from the van to the car, the lights on the controller in the car stay on. Can you tell us what the problem is and do we need a new controller, thanks

It's actually normal, even after unplugging, for the lights to stay on with the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885, and other brake controllers as well.
They don't have an off switch so they go into sleep mode after a period of time of inactivity so what you're seeing is supposed to happen.
