Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2", part # 75673, is compatible with the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack For 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" And 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # TH903202. The hitch receiver, when installed on your 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon, has a distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper of 5-1/2". The Thule EasyFold XT has a distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of this bike rack when in the folded up position of 9-1/2", so there is plenty of room for this rack to fit on your vehicle.
