Is Curt 4-Way Wiring Harness Compatible With 2017 Fiat 500E
Question:
Compatibility with 2017 Fiat 500E. I would assume that as this is only hooking up to the 12v system and the 500E has the exact same frame, lights, and battery as the 500, there should be no issues with hooking this up to an all-electric Fiat, but do you know of any/ are there any listed incompatibilities with the 500E?

That's a really good question, so I checked with Curt for you and verified there are no restrictions on their wiring harness, and it is absolutely compatible with your 2017 Fiat 500E; the harness that fits is the following:
- Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56174
So you can use this harness without any issue with your '17 Fiat 500E, and if you also need a trailer hitch for this vehicle, I went ahead and verified for you that Curt has a hitch which also fits the 500E:
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11363
Since you asked about the harness it sounds like you might be planning to do some towing, and this hitch does require a specific ball mount, so I'll list the rest of the set up for you to make it easy to order:
- Curt Class II Drawbar # C45521
- Curt Hitch Pin and Clip # F-4
- 2" Hitch Ball # C40018 or 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # A-80
Please note that the correct hitch ball size will just depend on the size of your trailer coupler; it will accept either a 2" or (more likely) a 1-7/8" hitch ball.
