I reached out to my contact at Curt and they were able to confirm that the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13146 is confirmed to fit your 2020 Acura MDX Sport Hybrid.
This is a fantastic option that is made right here in the USA so you know you are getting a quality hitch and since this hitch only has a hidden crosstube meaning that only the receiver itself will be visible once installed as you can see in the included picture.
It looks like you were looking at some bike racks. This hitch would be a perfect option for a bike rack due to its 900lb tongue weight rating, and the 2" receiver that gives you the most options when it comes to bike racks.
For a compatible bike rack I recommend taking a look at the Thule Hitching Post Pro 4-Bike Rack # TH934XTR which can accommodate bikes weighing up to 35lbs each, and the holdfast anti-sway cradles will do a great job of keeping the bikes from moving around and hitting each other.
I included videos showing both of the produts mentioned being installed on a similar 2020 Acura MDX for you to take a look at.
