The other difference is the color, since the # DOM57FR is white where your old toilet is considered a "bone" color. There is a slightly different color available of the 310 Part-Timer with the Dometic Part-Timer RV Toilet - Standard Height - Round Bowl - Slow Close Lid - Tan Ceramic # DOM37FR.

Overall, the slow close seat and higher quality, wooden toilet seat is the biggest difference between the two.
