2017 Heartland Trailrunner 30USBH will it fit right front axel? Any additional parts needed? Comes complete?

I don't have a way to verify the axle you have on your 2017 Heartland Trailrunner 30USBH but if you know you have a 4,400 lb capacity axle the hub part # 8-407-5UC3-EZ is a confirmed fit and comes with everything needed to install as far as bearing and seal are concerned. It also comes with new lug nuts.
You might need grease though as this is not pre-greased. For that the LMX red grease like part # L11390 is a great option as it's waterproof and the most heavy duty grease out there.
