It sure can be!
The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Hitch # EQ37060ET you were looking uses a hitch ball with a 1-1/4" shank so the included 2" hitch ball can be replaced with a 2-5/16" hitch ball using the # 19286.
With that said typically 2-5/16" couplers are used on trailers that are in the 7500lb+ range. Before purchasing this hitch I recommend confirming that your total tongue weight falls in the 200-600lbs range of this hitch, and that your trailer is under 6000lbs when loaded.
Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any weight behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.
If you find your total tongue weight is higher than the above range just let me know and I would be happy to make a recommendation for you.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
