Will the Etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier # e98878 Fit My Low-Profile Crossbars on My 2020 4Runner?

Hi, I have a 2020 4Runner with factory roof racks. They are very low profile and they fit between the front to rear side rails instead of on top of them. I am wondering if this kayak rack will work on my vehicle due to the fasteners extending below the carrier and the latch handles rotating down may hit my roof. If this one doesnt work, do you have an alternate suggestion? Something that is easy to remove as we would only be using it occasionally when we are on vacation. Thanks.

If you have a low-profile factory crossbar system on your 2020 Toyota 4Runner, you will be able to use the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier # e98878 as long as you have at least 1-1/4 inches of space between the bottom of your crossbar and the top of your roof. For this dimension, I recommend measuring your roof.
