To flat tow any vehicle, you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, and a supplemental braking system.

I suggest the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit, # RM-524431-4 for your 2019 F-150. These are confirmed to fit this truck and feature a hidden bracket design that will give your truck a nice, clean look.

I highly recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, # RM-522 as this tow bar has a weight capacity of 6,000 pounds and a non-binding design that will allow you to easily release your F-150 at any time, even on unlevel ground.

For needed safety cables, I suggest the Roadmaster 64 Inch # RM-645.

For tow bar wiring, I like the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This kit will let you wire the truck to accept your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights. It includes a 7-wire to 6-wire Flexo-Coil electrical cord.

Then for a supplemental braking system, if your motorhome has air brakes, I suggest the Demco SBS Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motor Homes with Air Brakes - Proportional, # SM99243. The Air Force One is a proportional braking system, when you apply the brakes in your motor home, the system will engage your F-150's brakes at the same time and with the same pressure as those in your motor home, creating synchronized braking. If you have hydraulic brakes, I recommend the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink Monitor - Proportional, # DM86VR. You will also want the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles, # RM-88400.

For a battery charge line, I suggest the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles, # RM-156-25.

Lastly, you may need a high-low adapter in order to keep the tow bar level. I have attached an article that explains how to choose the correct one for your setup, along with a link that will take you to our available selection. I have also included an article on flat towing that you might find helpful. All current pricing can be found on the product pages, just followed the links for identified part numbers.
