Yes, the Thule DockGrip # TH895 will work with the channels of the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System # RRVA180B-RRRLT600.

If you need recommendations for a compatible Retrax XR tonneau cover that works with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars, it depends on the bed length of your truck and if you have a RamBox on your 2021 RAM 1500. Retrax XR models are only available if your truck does not have the RamBox system. With that being said, I recommend the RetraxONE XR Tonneau Cover # RTT-60243 (5-1/2 ft. bed) and the # RTT-60245 (6-1/2 foot bed). The RetraxONE has a locking handle that lets you easily open/close the cover and secure it at any point along the rails. Also, the construction involves a space-saving canister that stores the retracted cover and shields it from the elements.
