Troubleshooting Ever Chill Refrigerator With Cooling Issues

Trying to figure things out. The fridge is not even a year old. Wondering if this is a problem.

The Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer, # 324-000119 will take awhile to drop in temperature. Like all refrigerators, it will perform best when filled. The less mass within the unit the more challenging it is to hold temperature. The Everchill Refrigerator # 324-000119 has two temperature control locations. I've attached photos to assist.
