Which Weight Distribution Hitch Will Work Best on my 2019 Ford Ranger
Question:
Ill be towing a rented travel trailer with a 2019 ford ranger super crew. right now it will be a 2018 geo pro 19fd, but in the future it will be different trailers but anything i rent should be around the same size and weight. My question is what weight distribution hitch would be best suited for this? Ill need something that i can easily switch between trailers . thanks

The Weight Distribution I believe is best suited for your needs is the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - 7-Hole Shank - 6K GTW, 600 lbs TW # BLU36FR. The tongue weight range for this weight distribution system is 200 lbs - 600 lbs, you will need to confirm each trailer you use is within that range.
I recommend this particular Blue Ox TrackPro for many reasons.
The first reason is this weight distribution system is a No-Drill application. You simply clamp the system onto the frame of the trailer's. This makes it easy to make adjustments and it also allows you to switch to another trailer, which is what you will be doing.
The second reason I recommend this system is it also acts as anti-sway control. The beams that attach to the trailer work together to act like a sway bar to reduce sway on your trailer.
The final reason I recommended this system is it is this model has 7 holes in the shank. This gives you even more flexibility to tow different trailers with your 2019 Ford Ranger.
I do advise you to check the towing capacity of your 2019 Ford Ranger in your owner's manual. Make sure that the different trailers, and their contents, you will be towing will be inside those capacities.
