Troubleshooting Trailer Right Turn Signal And Right Brake Light Not Working On 2019 Honda Odyssey
Question:
I have purchased two of these and they both have the same problem. They have both been install correctly. If you have any suggestions to help me I would appreciate it. Thanks

It would seem odd that you would receive 2 defective Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harnesses # C56382 for your 2019 Honda Odyssey.
The first place I would like to start is at the 4-way connector. A Test Light # PTW2993 is the best way to check the wiring. First check all the connections ends for power when the corresponding function is active, and for any that do not have power move up the connector and check the wire for power going into the connector. The female terminal on the end of the 4-way is the one that controls the right turn/brake and is the green wire on the harness.
You can then move to input wires going into the converter box on the Curt harness. If you do not see power on this side of the converter box you will want to check the blue connector on your Odyssey for any loose, damaged or missing pins that the Curt harness does have. If you have something wrong with this connector you will want to consult a Honda Dealer to determine the issue.
I have also linked an article below that goes into further depth on troubleshooting 4-way wiring.
