What Are the Airflow Space Requirements for the Camco Olympian Wave 3 Catalytic Safety Heaters  

Question:

how about we assume a totally airtight environment to heat? what is the minimum number of square inches of air that one should introduce to the space to allow burning efficiency AND safe breathing environment. This is critical because the only way to be certain that you did not have enough air is to die in your sleep! I have seen this info provided for other interior heaters.

In regards to the Camco Olympian Wave 3 Catalytic Safety Heaters like part # CAM57331, Camco states that the space in which the heater is used must have sufficient airflow to allow for a complete burn of the gasses. In the owner's manual for the unit there is a great section about the space requirements which I have attached for you below.
