Kwikee Electric RV Steps Don't Stop While Extending or Retracting
Question:
the steps when it opens it does not stop at the end of the race and in the same way when it closes it does not stop at the end of the movement what second to stop danger of breakage Why?

In regards to the Kwikee Electric RV Steps, if they do not stop when they should and continue extending or retracting then this is a tell tale sign of the motor being faulty. The motor is not arching out which is the signal telling it to stop. Therefore, you will need to replace the step motor. If you can provide part numbers off the existing I would be happy to see if we have an option or you can browse the selection attached for you.
