There is not an adapter that will allow you to transfer your Curt harness from your 2008 Subaru Outback to your new 2018 Subaru Outback.
You will need a Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56040 for your new Outback. This will plug into your factory connection to give you the 4-way flat trailer connector. I have linked a video below that will walk you through the installation process.
