There are two systems I would recommend for your setup. Your tongue weight should be in the 400 pound range with a 3400 pound trailer so the weight distribution systems that go up to 600 pounds of tongue weight capacity are perfect for your situation. If you use a system that is heavier, it will cause a stiffer ride and will not provide any added benefit.
The first system is the Reese Heavy Duty Round Bar Weight Distribution System, item # RP65509, which will work nicely with, and is designed for the Dual Cam Sway Control, item # RP26002, that you selected.
The second system is the Reese Straight-Line hitch, item # RP66072, which comes with the Dual Cam Sway Control system. The trunnion system is easier to hook up and unhook at the weight distribution head, if you will be dropping and hooking the trailer often. This system is rated for a slightly higher gross trailer weight of 12,000 pounds.
Along with both of these systems you will need a properly sized hitch ball with a 1-1/4 inch shank. I have listed some options below.
Hitch Ball, # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch or # A-90 for a 2 inch.
