Question:
After I used the jack to hitch up my trailer, the LED lights will not turn off. Any suggestions? Otherwise the jack works great.

The LED Lights on your Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack # UF38-944017 are controlled via a switch on the back of the head which you can see at the 1:40 minute mark of the included video, and will stay on as long as that switch as on.
I recommend double checking that you have the switch on the off position, and if you do you will need to remove the toggle switch on the back to check for any loose wires or corrosion causing it to not turn off.
I included a video of the # UF38-944017 for you to take a look at.
