Way to Carry Two E-Bikes at Rear of 2015 Jayco White Hawk
Question:
I have a 2015 Jayco White Hawk that has a 4inch square back bumper. I want to haul 2 e-bikes. Manual says this bumper is only rated for 60 pounds. Have a Swagman bike rack rated for RV use. Can I somehow make the bumper strong enough to be assured hauling 2 e-bikes and the bike rack is adequate and safe? What hardware do I need there is not a receiver on the bumper now? Or is there a receiver hitch that could be installed on the frame to accomplish this?

There isn't a safe way we can recommend you reinforce your bumper to allow it to have the capacity needed for the e-bikes and rack but we can help in that we have a multi-fit hitch for RV frames with the Curt # 13703 which can basically fit all frame styles that are between 22 and 72 inches in width.
The best option for carrying E-Bikes on a a trailer trailer is the Swagman E-Spec Electric Bike Rack # S94FR.
The E-Spec holds your bike down with hooks that touch the frame and it can hold up to 70 lb E-bikes and it will do well to carry your two e-bikes on the back of your travel trailer.
I have linked a review video of this bike rack for you to check out.
