What Vehicles Will The Roadmaster Base Plates 199-5 and 3154-1 fit?

Question:

I have a roadmaster Falcon tow bar system with base plates for 2 different vehicles. there is a model # on them. Can you help me identify what they go to? I hate to waste them if they can be used. 199-5 2 pieces 3154-1 2 pieces when I say 2 pieces I mean they are different. looks like one plugs into the other one. thanks

I have linked both sets of installation instructions below as well.

Be cautious using the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522 with some of these vehicles listed as the maximum weight for the bars is 6,000lbs and some of these have curb weights that are very close to that already.
