Expert Reply:
For your travel trailer with 770lbs tongue weight and a weight distribution hitch being towed by your 2007 Dodge Ram I recommend the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 24" Lift - 3,500 lbs - White Item # JET-3555.
This jack fits the industry standard A-Frame jack mounting point and its 3500lb capacity will be plenty for the tongue weight of your trailer, and will be able to jack up the trailer once connected to the weight distribution shank of your system to allow you to more easily install the spring bars.
I included a video of the # JET-3555 for you to take a look at.
