Do All 3 Mounting Brackets of 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e96ZR Need to Be Used
Question:
with this carrier, is the middle bracket/saddle of 3 optional to not use, due to it not being able to secure on the bumper, because the ball mount receiver is welded to the middle underside of my RV bumper and onto the rear part of the frame?

You do need to use all three mounting brackets of the 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e96ZR that you referenced. If you had a hitch that interfered with the center bracket you'd just need to offset the carrier to the side of it and you'd be set.
