Is There a Class V Hitch with 2 Inch Receiver for a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500
Question:
Can a C15312 Hitch be mounted on a 2010 Chev Silverado k1500 pickup? I do not know if the frame rail spacing is the same for 1500 and 2500. I would like the extra hitch strength.

I may have a solution for you, but the Curt # C15312 is not a fit on the 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 since the frames are different from the 2500/3500 models. However, there is a Class V hitch available for the 1500 with the Curt # C15323, which also has a 2 inch receiver. You will still be limited by the towing capacity of your Silverado 1500, but it will give you a higher rated hitch for some added peace of mind.
I've linked an installation video of this hitch for you to have a look at, as well.
