I may have a solution for you, but the dimensions you've mentioned would require a custom built axle because of the 61" spring seat center on center; there are stock axles that are 72" hub face to hub face but the spring seat measurement is 58". You could have the spring seats welded another 1-1/2" inwards on each side to match your leaf springs and use the stock Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs - EZ-Lube - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 72" Long - 2,000 lbs # 20545I-EZ-72-15, or you could contact your local Dexter axle dealer and have a custom axle built. This axle comes with hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and the EZ Lube spindles allow you to keep your hubs greased easily.
When it comes to the leaf springs, we do not have a 29 inch long double eye spring and the closest would be the 26 inch long # e27SR, but these are designed for 4500-lbs axles. If you can't find springs that are the correct length, you could have your spring hangers relocated, which is something to consider if you're having the spring seats relocated.
