Will the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch # DM8550024 Fit My Lippert 1621 Pin Box

Question:

I just bought my first 5th wheel and the pin is a lippert SAE # J2638 and I want to make sure the Demco slide hitch will work with that setup on the 5th wheel? I dont know if the pins are universal or do a need any type of adapter or gizmo to make it work. Thank you for all the assistance and help. As a newbie in the RVing world I have a lot of questions. Thanks again. .

I spoke to my contact at Demco and he confirmed that your pin box is a Lippert 1621. The Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Ford Super Duty Prep Package - 18K # DM8550024, will be a fit for that pin box.
