The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118245 will not fit your 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser. It is designed for a 2001-2002 FJ. The do both share similar connectors but they are both female connectors.
For your FJ I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118405. The install will be slightly more complex but I have linked a installation video below that will help guide you through the installation process.
The Mounting Brackets # 18144 and # 18136 will allow you to secure the wiring harness to the receiver with no drilling required.
