Can I put different size of the tire to the trailer that he already has size 13

You'll want to make sure that all the tires on a trailer are the same size, load rating and construction (bias ply versus radial).
If you're wanting to match an existing tire, I'd be happy to make a recommendation if you can reply with the exact tire size and load rating and whether the tire is a bias ply or a radial. This information can be found on the tire's sidewall.
