Recommended Roof Rack For 2016 Ford F-150 SuperCab
Question:
2016 F150 Supercab Canoe Roof Rack. I am trying to decide which roof rack for my canoe on the above vehicle. Any recommendations of one over the other? I also would like to use for bikes in future. Thanks

We can absolutely get your 2016 Ford F-150 SuperCab set up with a roof rack, and there is one that I recommend over the other, which is from Rhino-Rack. The reason why Rhino-Rack is my favorite option is because of its value; it offers the same function and quality as other premium racks, but at a better cost. Going with Rhino-Rack really just saves you from having to pay extra to have a certain brand name stamped on the crossbars.
The parts that make up the Rhino-Rack roof rack on your 2016 Ford F-150 are the following:
- Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA150B-2
- Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA
- Custom DK Fit Kit # DK427
The Rhino-Rack crossbars are not only strong and durable, with a 160 lb weight capacity and lifetime warranty, they also give you a quiet ride due to their aerodynamic shape and rubberized vortex strips on top which are grooved to control the air flow going over the bars.
Then for a canoe carrier a good option for a simple but effective way to transport any canoe weighing up to 165 lbs is the Malone BigFoot Pro Canoe Carrier with Tie-Downs - Gunwale Brackets # MPG112MD.
