Since you have indicated that the right turn and stop light circuits work on the vehicle the next step is to test the connector on the vehicle side using a circuit tester like # PTW2993. If the circuit is working there as well, then the problem is on the trailer. If it is not, then the problem is on the vehicle.

If it is not working on vehicle connector and the connector is factory, then you may have some relays or fuses blown or missing that need to be replaced. Check your owner's manual for the locations of any fuses/relays related to the tow package wiring and replace as needed.

If you have an aftermarket connector that uses a converter, test the wires leading into the converter from the vehicle. If they are correct going in but not coming out, then there is a problem with the converter, and it will need to be replaced. If the signals are not correct going in then it would be a fuse/relay problem or something wrong with the vehicle wiring, perhaps a bent or broken pin where the trailer wiring harness plugs into the vehicle.

If everything works on the vehicle, then we can move on to the trailer. Make sure the trailer connector on vehicle and trailer are clean and free of corrosion. On the trailer side, make sure the main ground is attached to a clean and corrosion free bare metal surface. Do the same with the lights on the trailer. If you have a tilt trailer, folding tongue, or aluminum frame you will need to run jumper grounds from the lights to the main trailer connector ground. A bad ground can cause this exact problem.
