The Superwinch X3 Series Winches use a rather uncommon mounting pattern of two holes spaced 3.69" apart. Therefore, you'll likely haver to drill through the mounting plate in order to secure it. You can use any winch tray such as the Bulldog Winch ATV Winch Mounting Plate for 2" Hitches part # BDW20061R2 so long as you are okay with drilling.
