How to Determine if Wiring Harness Included With TLL56RK Trailer Wiring Kit is Long Enough
Question:
how do I figure the TOTAL wire lenght I will need to rewire a boat trailer?? Please. And will this include the wire lenght to each tail light?

Expert Reply:
When I rewired my PWC trailer, I used a length of string to run from the trailer coupler back to each lamp then measured the string. I then added about 5 feet to that length for good measure to account for the length needed to reach the connector on the vehicle.
The # TLL56RK kit includes a wishbone-style harness that is 25 feet in length, which I'd consider a great choice for a trailer up to 20 feet in length.
If you click the provided link, you can see video showing the # TLL56RK kit being installed.
