Determining Which Rear Suspension Enhancement Fits 2007 Honda Ridgeline RTS 4WD
Question:
Will the Sumo springs fit the rear properly? Im trying to help with towing. Or do you have another product that would work better?

There may be an option for you, but unfortunately there are no confirmed fits for the rear suspension of your 2007 Honda Ridgeline RTS 4WD. The Coil SumoSprings # CSS-1168R you were looking at are only confirmed to fit 2WD models.
With that said I recommend measuring the distance between the center coils of your rear coil springs with the vehicle on the ground. With this information I can check with SuperSprings to see if there is an option that will work with your vehicle.
