Distance From Center of Axle to Pivot Point on Pivot Arm for Timbren Silent Ride Suspension
Question:
I want to replace my torsion axle with this. I need to see if wheel will be in the same position. what is distance from swing arm pivot to axle center?

The # TSR3500S05 Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Single Axle Trailers is designed so that it can be installed wherever you need it on the trailer frame. This should allow you the flexibility to install it and keep your wheel in the same position it was already in. It does, however, require a 2" x 2" hollow steel crossmember with 3/16" wall thickness.
If you already have the steel crossmember and that is where the concern for the wheel placement comes from, the distance from the center of the axle to the pivot point on the pivot arm is 15 inches.
